Our experienced, young and creative Team in the Kitchen will spoil you with a combination of Austrian cuisine and Mediterranean flavors and also be prepared for some Asian curry for selected wines.
Meat from organic Highland beef is supplied by regional producers or farmers, even top-quality ice cream, pumpkins, crayfish and local fish from the neighborhood are refined in the "Jagdhof" kitchen to create wonderful dishes that go perfectly with the wines from the thermal region.

Franz Fakler
took over the hotel and restaurant from his father, Franz senior, and is now the fifth generation to run the “Jagdhof”. The trained chef and sommelier, who has already worked at the Vienna Hilton, Palais Schwarzenberg, Post in Lech and Wolfgang Puck at Spago in Los Angeles, is arguably the best ambassador for the thermal region.
The “patron of the Jagdhof” is happy to surprise his guests with wines from the regional grape varieties Zierfandler, Rotgipfler and Neuburger.
